I'm a huge fan of fortune cookies. I mean, the cookies are okay, but I just love the fortunes. When I was in high school, I collected them from everyone I knew and used them in art projects by the hundred. I don't believe in them or anything, but something about the idea of a random piece of advice applying to anyone amuses me, plus they're aesthetically pleasing. I just opened this one today.

Well that's good advice for anyone, anytime, right? But this is one of those times that I feel my dessert is talking to me in particular. Spooky New Year!
