Yes, I do think voice changes at a low dose may only be semi-permanent. I don't think my voice would revert completely if I were to stop T today, but I would expect it to rise noticeably and continue to fluctuate as it does now. I've thought that if (when?) I stop, I would spend the last few months at a higher dose to try to "lock in" my voice.
