tl;dr It appears as though I'm still having cycles because I have too much estrogen for a female. My T's pretty much where I want it (although I can't seem to use it properly), but I've also got up to twice as much estrogen as I ought to have even without any T in the mix.  I don't really know what to do about this, and my doctor didn't really address it.

1. the tesotsterone is close to 300 as you like, at 290 but the free and bioavailable lees are a bit low. i could increase the dose a bit if ever you would want to.

2. the estradiol is high and the LH/FSH pituitary hormones are not suppressed. a higher dose of tesotsterone would help suppress menses as would prometrium as we discussed. however your reasons for not wanting to are understandable and we can reassess after your surgery in january as we discussed during your visit.

please let me know when you need more androgel.

Also, ergh, I really need to make some phone calls this week to schedule top surgery if I want it to happen this winter.  I don't know why I'm dragging my feet on this!
