I'm going for peri with Dr. Fischer rather than the experimental lateral DI without grafts I considered doing with Dr. Johnson (or anything else with anyone else). The way my insurance works, I had to get it approved with a particular surgeon so had to decide before starting the process of getting coverage (which took five months, yuck).
